Lanier Heights is one of the smaller swim/tennis communities in Cumming with just 68 homes. The neighborhood is a mix of parents, young children, and empty nesters. While no homes in the subdivision have access to Lake Lanier, Tidwell Park with boating access is close by as well as many lake activities within driving distance.
