What other meetings are open to HOA members?

The association holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of all members, usually in late January or early February. At this meeting, members elect directors to open Board positions, review the proposed budget for the coming year, ask questions, and vote on motions brought before the members and debate issues concerning the neighborhood.
