What does LHHOA do?

The Lanier Heights HOA is responsible for maintaining the pool, playground and other common areas that our community owns. It also manages financial responsiblities for the neighborhood, including landscaping, maintenance, and street lights to name a few.  It’s also responsible for helping to protect property values in the neighborhood through architectural oversight.
